The latest from furniture designers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec. If you dont know the name, you probably know at least 2 of their pieces already.
ID Magazine has a blurb about this piece. I dont remember the details, but its probably the most complex piece of plastic ever devised just for seating.
Interesting. Not sure if its beautiful, but its definitely interesting.
Maybe most interesting is that the back and bottom of the seat are the most exciting part visually. Notice that this chair is entirely asymmetrical, even the legs.
This image is really fun, though I'd hope if I ever come across one out there in the real world that it would be a little better finished.
